Triminator T3000™

The TRIMINATOR T3000™ machine is suitable for automatic painting of different types of profiles, transferring lengthwise inside the machine. The feeding direction is available either right to left or left to right.

Features:

Arc-welded and painted tubular and plate structural work.
Supporting base with levelling feet.
Extractable front suction tank on wheels, equipped with a suction opening towards the rear suction tower, suction pipes on the upper part and tanks for the paint draining
Supporting structure of the input and output conveying elements, fit for supporting the drives to the machine rollers.
Motorised belt conveyor at the infeed, middle and outfeed of machine
Input conveyer equipped with adjustable side guides and pressure wheel complete with microswitch.
Motor drive of the conveying elements by means of motorised reduction unit, controlled by inverter.
Phonic wheel and reading sensor for spraying management.
Ribbon belts drive by means of flat belts, placed on the front of the machine.
No. 2 spraying tanks, inside the booth, in enamelled steel, equipped with suction channel, internal drain tank and tank cover, all extractable from inside the spraying booth.
Spraying booth equipped with an opening door with upper hinges, complete with gas springs, with front window glass on the door and 2 side window glasses, all assembled with a special gasket; net booth ceiling, equipped with filtering sponge.
Suction tower attached to the machine base on the rear part of the spraying booth, equipped with filter holder frames and electric fan; the filter holder frames can be extracted on both sides of the suction tower, parallel to the conveying direction.
Electric fan placed on the suction tower, with adjustable horizontal outlet (excluding expulsion pipes)
Electric control console placed frontally on the right, on top of the conveying level, consisting of a box having a commercial size and colour.
Pneumatic control console placed frontally on the left, on top of the conveying level.
Machine is complete with assembled and tested mechanical, pneumatic and electric parts.
Basic machine, degree of protection: IP54.
