Ultrasonic Paint Hook & Gun Cleaner
Cleans Spray Guns! Removes Powder Coating! Strips Any Coating!
USES: Paint spray gun and paint pump cleaning - powder coating hook cleaning
Ultrasonic Powder Coat and Paint Remover is normally used full strength at temperatures between160–190 degrees Fahrenheit. When rapid stripping is not required it may be used at room temperature. A mineral oil seal is supplied with the stripper to prevent excess evaporation while in a heated tank. Stripping time depends on coating type, thickness and cure time. Stripping speed may be increased with mechanical agitation (such as ultra sonic frequency) and by increasing temperature. Each increase of stripper temperature by 30 degrees Fahrenheit cuts stripping time by approximately one-half. A cold or hot water rinse is usually required after stripping.
