Description: The Elcometer 215 Temperature Profiler w/ Thermal Barrier is the industrial benchmark for capturing accurate curing data. This eight-channel thermal profiler measures both product and air temperatures from –328 °F to 2,372 °F (–200 °C to 1300 °C) with ±0.9 °F accuracy below 932 °F (500 °C). It stores over 1,000,000 readings across 40 runs. Integrated USB-C and long-range Bluetooth® let you start, stop or stream live traces without cracking the barrier.
Housed in anodized aluminum and sealed inside a robust thermal barrier, the logger can withstand 212 °F for 180 min or 572 °F for 60 min—ideal for the toughest conveyor or batch ovens. LED status lights and ElcoMaster® software instantly flag pass/fail, calculate cure-index and build professional reports that help you excel in audits and win new business.
- 8 independent channels accept Type K, T, J, N, S, E, B & R probes for simultaneous surface and air logging.
- Adjustable sampling get samples on the schedule that you want. Adjust the sample rate to as low as one second or define a custom time period.

Elcometer 215 Temperature Probes
A wide range of K-Type temperature probes is available with 1.5m (4'9"), 3m (9'8") or 6m (19'7") cable length. The Elcometer 215 can be used with a combination of up to 8 probes simultaneously and feature:
