Total Finishing A.S.P. Aqua Solvent Pod — Manual Electrostatic Spray Gun
A.S.P. Aqua Solvent Pod
Manual Electrostatic Spray Gun
Manufacturer: Total Finishing
Part Number: TFS-ASP
Description: The Total Finishing A.S.P.™ —Aqua, Solvent, Pod— is a versatile finishing solution designed for applying conductive waterborne coatings and most conductive solvent-based materials. Combining electrostatic transfer efficiency with low-pressure, high-atomization spray performance, the A.S.P.™ produces smooth, uniform finishes while reducing overspray, coating consumption, and material waste.
Its isolated coating pod keeps the finishing material securely contained, allowing for quick flushing, faster color changes, and easier cleanup. The pressurized gravity-feed system also helps the spray gun apply higher-viscosity coatings consistently. Adjustable electrostatic output from 20 to 60 kV gives operators greater control across a wide range of coating materials and finishing applications.
Weighing only 17 ounces, this lightweight electrostatic spray gun features a balanced, ergonomic design that helps reduce operator fatigue during extended use. Its modular construction simplifies routine maintenance and allows individual wear components to be replaced economically. Wear-resistant tungsten steel components provide additional durability in demanding production environments.
For enhanced operator protection, the A.S.P.™ electrostatic spray gun includes built-in over-current protection, an audible warning alarm, and an automatic discharge system.
The Total Finishing A.S.P.™ is ideal for electrostatic wood finishing, cabinetry, furniture, architectural millwork, automotive components, industrial metal products, composite parts, and other applications requiring efficient coating transfer and a high-quality finish.
