Features

150 PSI Vessel It’s simple, more psi = more productivity. To give you the best possible productivity, KPH pressure vessels are ASME certified and Canadian Registered for all provinces for everyday use at 150 PSI (10.3 BAR)

2 Capacities KPH blasters are available in 3.5 cu ft and 6.5 cu ft abrasive capacities.

Bag-Breaker/Screen or Optional Umbrella All KPH blasters come standard with a bag-breaker and screen. An optional abrasive umbrella is available for applications where an overhead abrasive feeding system is being used.

Choice of Metering Valve Choose between the traditional #100 donut washer metering valve or the more modern MPV (Manual Plunger Valve).

Electric Electric KPH blasters feature a weather-proof Lock Out/Tag Out connection box with a rubber boot that seals around the control handle plug. It also solves the problem with insects nesting in the connection.

Emergency Air Tank A constant source of compressed air is required to keep the pinch valve closed. To protect users in the event the compressor fails or runs out of fuel, all KPH series blasters feature an emergency air tank that acts as a reserve to keep the pinch valve closed.

Moisture Separator As a last defense against clog causing moisture, all KPH series blasters come standard with a moisture separator.

Muffler To reduce blow-down noise, all KPH blasters come standard with an exhaust muffler.

Pinch Valve The most recognizable feature of the legacy design upon which the KPH series blaster is based, this valve pinches and releases the blast hose to start and stop blasting.

Pneumatic or Electric Choose between pneumatic or 12VDC electric controls. Electric controls are recommended for blast hose lengths longer than 100’, feature faster starts/stops, and are less prone to freezing in cold climates.

Portable or Stationary KPH blasters are available in portable models with wheels or stationary models for blast room applications.
