Description: The Cheyenne structuring/rusticating machines have been designed and manufactured using cutting-edge production technologies able to provide strength, operating precision, and reliability over the years. The motor-shaft group is integrated by a 45 mm diameter to ensure maximum rigidity with high-speed dynamically balanced brushes to work without vibrations.

The machine consists of one Huron sanding head and two independent and separate brushing groups. It is possible to vary the degree of rusticating by setting the working depth:

• The Huron sanding head creates cross-marking (band saw effect)
• The first brushing group (steel brush) is used for roughing
• The second brushing group (silicon carbide brush) is used for finishing
