Understanding tip sizes is critical for proper spray performance.

Each 3-digit tip number represents:

• First digit = Spray angle (fan width)
• Last two digits = Orifice size (flow rate in thousandths of an inch)

🔧 How It Works

• A 206 tip = 20° spray angle + 0.006” orifice
• A 306 tip = 30° spray angle + 0.006” orifice
• A 406 tip = 40° spray angle + 0.006” orifice

📏 Spray pattern is measured at 10–12 inches from the surface
