Description: This mobile paint filter wall is a versatile, portable solution for paint spray applications in the wood and automotive industries. Built with a durable steel frame and heavy-duty caster wheels, it’s easy to move and position wherever overspray control is needed. Designed for operations where a full enclosed spray booth isn’t required, this filter wall provides efficient air filtration and a cleaner working environment. Its modular design allows flexible setup in workshops, helping capture paint particles and maintain high-quality finishes while meeting basic air safety standards.

Construction: Pre-punched single wall panels 18 ga. galvanized steel panels Self-support airtight construction 6" O.C precision punched and assembled with 1/4" nuts and bolts. TOP-Designed to meet the requirements of EPA’s 6H Paint Rule (40CFR63 Subpart HHHHHH), RGI’ Prep station provides a controlled environment for sanding, priming and limited painting. When priming and painting, the amount of material sprayed shall not exceed one gallon in an eight-hour period.

Powder coat ultra white inside and outside the Prep-Stations. Covers all panels.
