Description: The Sagola X4500 Mix Spray Gun is a durable, high-performance air-assisted airless gun designed for professional industrial finishing. Its hybrid MIX technology combines pressurized fluid delivery with air-assisted atomization, providing the application speed and transfer efficiency of an airless system with the spray control and finish quality of an air spray gun. This combination produces a stable, uniform spray pattern while helping reduce overspray, coating consumption and rework.

Designed for demanding production environments, the X4500 Mix features a forged and anodized aluminum body with corrosion protection inside and out. Precision-machined components, stainless-steel construction in critical areas and tungsten-carbide nozzle and needle closures provide dependable performance when spraying abrasive, high-viscosity or frequently used industrial coatings. The gun is rated for fluid pressures up to 200 bar, making it suitable for use with compatible air-assisted airless pump systems.

An automatic one-piece product packing gland simplifies servicing and can be removed for thorough cleaning of the fluid passage. Metal-to-metal contact in critical fluid areas eliminates unnecessary seals near the application zone, helping reduce component wear, leakage points and maintenance downtime.

The X4500 Mix is engineered for comfortable, controlled operation during extended spraying sessions. Its 42 mm handle provides a substantial grip, while the balanced weight distribution and smooth-action stainless-steel trigger help reduce fatigue. The Soft Flow air valve maintains smooth trigger movement at elevated air pressures, and the adjustable fan control allows the operator to regulate spray-pattern width for different parts and coating requirements.

A rotating filter holder improves hose alignment and allows greater freedom of movement around large or complex workpieces. It also helps prevent the fluid hose from twisting during use. An integrated trigger-locking system provides additional safety during cleaning, maintenance and equipment downtime.

Available with 11/40 or 13/40 MIX tips, the X4500 can be ordered with either an 8 mm quick-connect or M16 air inlet. The 1/4-inch BSP male fluid inlet is available as a fixed connection or with a rotating swivel coupling, allowing the gun to be configured for different hose assemblies and finishing systems.

Reversible Mix Spray Tip Guard, Swivel Head Part No. 81450000 Optional accessory designed for the Sagola X4500 Mix air-assisted airless spray gun. It allows the X4500 Mix to accept compatible reversible AAA spray tips, expanding the gun’s nozzle options for different materials, flow rates and finish requirements. Its swivel design makes it easy to position the tip while maintaining a secure connection to the spray gun.

AAA Swivel Tip - Standard and LP/FF (Low Pressure/Fine Finish) Part No. 81450XXX Standard tips provide higher material output and greater coverage for production spraying, while LP/FF Low Pressure/Fine Finish tips deliver finer atomization and improved finish control at lower operating pressures. Their reversible design allows the tip to be rotated for quick clearing of material blockages. Available in multiple orifice and fan-pattern sizes to suit different coatings and application requirements.
