Description: The TF-S300 Moulding Sander is a heavy-duty industrial sanding machine designed for mouldings, trim, shelving, cabinet components, and other long or profiled wood parts. Its multi-head configuration allows the top and sides of a workpiece to be sanded in a single pass, helping improve consistency and reduce manual finishing time.
The machine features two top sanding heads along with dedicated left- and right-side sanding heads. Flexible abrasive sanding strips conform to grooves, contours, edges, and decorative profiles, well suited for complex shapes that are difficult to finish with conventional flat sanding equipment.
Variable conveyor speed, adjustable sanding-head speeds, and forward/reverse head rotation give operators control over sanding aggressiveness and final surface quality. A grip-face conveyor and pressure rollers help keep workpieces stable as they move through the machine.
