Solvent Recyclers and Gun Washers

A solvent recycler is a distillation machine that cleans contaminated solvents so that solvents can be reclaimed and reused. Recycling saves money on the amount of solvents you purchase and reduces the cost to dispose of solvents. A solvent recycler can recoup as much as 97% of solvents you put in it.

Solvent recyclers remove debris and other unwanted materials from used cleaning solvent through a distillation process. The solvent is boiled to a vapor, then condensed back into a liquid, leaving the contaminant behind in the tank or still bag for disposal. The cooled condensed solvent turns back into a liquid and is ready for reuse.

Spray gun washers are designed to meet the challenges of getting solvent spray guns clean quickly. The washers clean all of the fluid passageways and protect those passageways to prevent contamination and corrosion.
