Description: Total Finishing's part # 18-3815 is a compatible replacement for GRACO® parts 184185 and 184-185 — the throat female gland used in GRACO® spray equipment. The female gland is the cupped ring that seats one end of the V-packing stack at the pump throat; paired with its male counterpart it keeps the packings compressed so they seal around the piston rod under pressure. Compatible with GRACO® Dura-Flow 2400 (580 cc).

Common reasons for replacement:

• Pressure drop from a packing stack that no longer seats squarely
• Grooving or corrosion on the gland face after long service
• Renewed along with new packings during a pump repack
