Description: Total Finishing's part # 18-3818 is a compatible replacement for GRACO® parts 184236 and 184-236, a piston male gland for GRACO® spray equipment. The male gland is the nose-profiled ring that nests into the V-packing stack in the pump's fluid section; paired with its female counterpart it keeps the packings compressed so they seal around the piston rod under pressure. Compatible with GRACO® Dura-Flow 2400 (580 cc).

Common reasons for replacement:

• Fluid leaking past the packings even after tightening
• Pressure drop from a packing stack that no longer seats squarely
