Description: Total Finishing's part # 57-5262 is a direct-fit replacement for the GRACO® 189857 pump cylinder used in Dura-Flo 750 180cc lowers. This is the bore the piston travels in, and its surface is what every packing in the wet end seals against.

A cylinder outlasts many sets of packings, but once the bore is scored no new packing set will hold pressure for long. Shops rebuilding a high-hour Dura-Flo 750 inspect the bore before ordering seals, since fitting fresh packings into a worn cylinder is the most common reason a rebuild fails early. The 180cc lower is rated to 6800 psi, so bore condition directly limits what the pump can hold.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Scoring, grooves or pitting in the bore, seen or felt during a rebuild
• Fresh packings that fail again shortly after a rebuild
• Pressure that will not hold on the downstroke even with new piston packings
