Aftermarket GRACO® 24M830 Pump Repair Kit - Mark VII (Non-OEM)

Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 74490

Comparable OEM Part Number: 24M830

Description: Total Finishing's part # 20-3254 is a direct-fit replacement for the Mark VII pump repair kit, engineered for spray equipment technicians and professional painting contractors who maintain and rebuild GRACO® airless spray systems in the field or shop.

Mark VII pumps are workhorses in high-volume coating applications, and this comprehensive repair kit supplies the wear components necessary to restore pump performance without replacing the entire unit. Pump rebuild specialists rely on these kits to address pressure loss, flow inconsistencies, and seal degradation that develop over extended service cycles.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Packings and seals begin leaking fluid around rod and shaft assemblies, indicating seal wear from pressure cycling and material exposure
• Check balls stick or fail to seal properly, causing pressure ripple, reduced flow efficiency, and inability to maintain consistent spray patterns
• O-ring sets harden or compress after prolonged exposure to solvents and hydraulic media, compromising port sealing integrity
• Pump output drops noticeably or becomes erratic during mid-shift operation, signaling internal component deterioration that a full kit refresh resolves

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
