22 Gram Exhaust Filters as Roll Media or Machine Cuts

Same Media, Four Ways to Buy It

The decision here is format, not grade. These 22 gram exhaust filters all use the same arrestor media, so what you're choosing is how it arrives and where it goes.

Pads come precut and boxed by the case, which suits a standard booth wall where you swap them out on a schedule. Roll media lets you cut to whatever opening you have, which is the usual answer for odd frames and long runs. Some rolls are also cut specifically for stage two exhaust on Superfici Mini and VD Simple Dynamic systems.

That means the filter is already sized for the equipment before it arrives. Total Finishing Supplies stocks every format alongside the rest of its professional finishing supplies.

Frequently Asked Questions

Rolls or pads?

Pads if your booth takes a standard size already and you want the swap done in minutes. Rolls if you are cutting to an opening that no pad quite fits, or if you go through enough media that buying by the roll works out better.

What does stage two exhaust mean?

It is the second filtration stage on a finishing line, sitting after the first catch and before air leaves the machine.

Why are there two pad listings?

One names its dimensions and one does not, which makes them harder to tell apart than they should be. Open both before ordering, or call and the team will confirm exactly which size you are looking at.

How often should exhaust filters be changed?

When airflow drops or your manometer says so, whichever comes first. Running them past that point costs you booth performance and puts load on the fan. Keep a case on the shelf rather than ordering when the reading goes bad, since a line waiting on filters is expensive in a way the filters never are.
