Heated Air Make-Up

Heated air make-up units (AMUs) are responsible for supplying gas-heated warm air into a paint spray booth. Heated AMUs accelerate the curing process by increasing the temperature and humidity levels inside the paint spray booth, speeding up the evaporation of solvents and water from the paint. 

Heated air make-up units also replenish exhausted air by bringing in air from the outside and heating it to the set spray booth temperature before it goes into the booth. Controlling temperature and humidity allows for the effective removal of dust and debris from the air that can affect the finish on your projects.
