Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: TFS5X425-XXX

Description: 5-Port, 4-Position Rotary Selector Valve Kit With Siphon Hoses. Can be used for suction or on pressure side (max 2000psi). This allows for up to 3 coating options and a flush material to be delivered to a single pump or used on the pressure side usually with automation/flatlines close to the spray head. All wetted stainless steel valve parts and fittings.

Run three different paints or coatings and one flushing solution through a single pump with the Total Finishing 4-Way Rotary Selector Valve Kit. Designed to simplify multi-color and multi-coating applications, this system allows operators to switch between three separate coating materials and a dedicated flushing solution without requiring multiple pumps.

The rotary selector valve features four material inlets and one common outlet connected to the pump. Each inlet connects to its own 5-gallon suction rod, allowing the operator to select which material is supplied to the pump by simply rotating the valve.

When changing paints or coatings, rotate the selector to the flushing position to draw cleaning solution through the pump and fluid lines. Once the system has been properly flushed, select the next coating and resume spraying.

This versatile setup helps reduce equipment costs, conserve workspace, and simplify material changeovers by allowing one pump to handle multiple coating applications.

Includes:

• 4 x 5-Gallon Suction Rods
