Description: Total Finishing's part # 58-3179 piston valve is a direct-fit replacement for GRACO® part 24U993, used in 5900 HD ProContractor, APX 6200 (Chrome), APX 6200 (MaxLife). It installs in the original position with no modification.
Common reasons this piston valve is replaced:
- A worn or pitted seat face
- The ball no longer seating and holding pressure
- Loss of prime, or pressure that will not hold at shutdown
- Normal wear from abrasive or high-solids coatings
