Aftermarket GRACO® 25D161 Packing Set, piston Teflon (Non-OEM)

Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 75483

Comparable OEM Part Number: 25D161

Description: Total Finishing's part # 20-3405 is a direct-fit replacement for the piston packing set used in GRACO® Xtreme 145 TFE airless spray equipment. This packing set is essential to the pump's internal sealing system, maintaining pressure integrity during fluid transfer and spray application cycles.

Pump rebuild specialists and spray equipment service technicians rely on piston packing sets to restore performance after wear or leakage develops in the pump cylinder. Proper packing condition ensures consistent pressure delivery and prevents fluid bypass that compromises spray quality or reduces system efficiency.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Fluid leakage around the piston rod or visible weeping from pump seals during operation
• Loss of pressure buildup or inability to reach rated PSI under load
• Hardened or degraded packing material from thermal cycling or extended fluid exposure
• Replacement during routine pump rebuilds to restore original performance specifications

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
