Description: Our most popular industrial paint mix rooms, TF Series Mixing Rooms are flexible, cost-effective solutions for a wide variety of finishing applications. All of our single wall booths are made with premium G90 18 ga. Zinc galvanized steel panels, companion flanged and pre-punched at 6" on center for easy assembly with 1/4" nuts and bolts. Better airflow, lighting, and strength because of gabled roof design.

Total Finishing Paint Mix Rooms use high-quality hardware — including heavy-duty latches, long-lasting brass bushings, durable hollow rubber seals and sturdy handles — to ensure ease of use and many years of reliable service. Hinges and latches stay secured and are fully adjustable for a perfect fit. Our weld-free designs prevent against weak points and corrosion, making for a sturdy, long-lasting booth.

Scope of Delivery:

• Paint mixing room: 7' Wide x 11' Deep x 8' High Interior interior construction. G90 18 gauge prime quality galvanized Air-tight steel panels.
  
• (1) Man door - Dim. 3'x7' with observation windows.
  
• (2) Standard 4’ Long, 4 tube LED T8 light fixtures 120v.
  
• (1) 8" Dia. Direct drive exhaust blower .
  
• (1) 1/4 hp 3-ph Belt-drive motor 120v.
  
• (2) Intake filter pads 20” x 20” x 2” Diffusion Media is a 1” thick, scrim backed.
  
• (1) Hardware set for assembly; nuts & bolts, screws, door foam seal, door latches, door handles and flat rubber for bottom of entry doors for a tight seal. Single Wall.
  
  

Optional Items Available with Purchase:

• Controls for mixing room - mag start for motor with on and off switch and reset. Interlock valve with door limit switches for on and off on spray cycle
• 8" - Ducting kit for spray booth exhaust system. (2) Plain duct, (1) Service door duct, (1) Flashing for roof and (1) damper cap (12' Total)
• Powder Coating: Powder coat ultra white inside and out of the spray booth. Covers all wall panels, doors frame, floor channels and ceiling panels.

Manufacturers Warranty
TFS warrants that all equipment sold hereby will be of the kind and quality described in this agreement. The equipment manufactured by TFS is guaranteed to be free from all latent defects in material and workmanship disclosed under normal use and service, and should any part thereof be found, within one year from the date of shipment, to be so defective at the time shipped, TFS will repair or, at TFS's option, replace said part. In the case of standard apparatus furnished, but not manufactured by TFS, such as fans, motors, ovens, heaters, controls, and light fixtures. TFS extends to the purchaser the same guarantee as is given by their respective manufacturers. TFS is not required to provide equipment or meet performance specifications or standards not expressly set forth in this agreement. TFS's liability hereunder, however, is expressly limited to the materials furnished by it and does not extend to any damages to buildings, contents, products, or persons. This warranty shall not apply to any of TFS's apparatus which shall have been altered or repaired outside of TFS's factory in any way so as, in TFS's judgment, to affect its performance, nor which has been subjected to misuse, negligence, accident or improper installation. IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED THAT THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
