Description: Powerblanket's tote heaters deliver cutting-edge solutions for freeze protection, chemical storage, and viscosity control. Designed for flexibility and ease of installation, these heaters effectively and evenly heat your IBC tote. Our patented design eliminates hot and cold spots by applying uniform, full-coverage heat across the entire container surface. This ensures that you can maintain consistent temperature control for IBC totes and keep materials at the correct viscosity. You can also equip each tote heater with either an adjustable or IoT smart thermostat, offering precise and easy-to-manage control.

• Powerblanket Xtreme: Built for harsher climates, this model also features a rugged vinyl shell and wraparound design with a removable top. It raises material temperatures to 145°F and can be used in extreme conditions as low as -58°F.
  

In addition to an insulated, water-resistant full-wrap design, we build all of our tote heaters with complete cinch straps for a secure fit. These heaters are also ETL certified to UL and CSA safety standards, ensuring durability and safety in various applications.
