Description: The jet K is the new pressure-fed spray gun from SATA – and much more besides that. It offers a comprehensive solution for achieving perfect finishes across a wide range of applications, from functional coatings to flawless clearcoat finishes.

With the jet K, you do not just process material – you optimize it. For best results and maximum ease of use, especially on larger surfaces, owing to a completely redesigned spray gun body and a new nozzle addition featuring the labyrinth airflow system which masters a wide variety of application requirements.

The jet K offers a large range of nozzle sizes, featuring both HVLP and RP technology. The fluid tip and needle are made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel.

The standard nozzles
With its wide nozzle range, the jet K allows the application of many different materials, whether it be primers and fillers, waterborne and solvent-based coating systems or singlestage paint materials.
The design of the jet K nozzles relies on the same labyrinth airflow system that has helped establish the jet X as the benchmark among gravity-cup spray guns. As a result, the spraying air is leaving the air cap virtually turbulence-free and without pulsations, resulting in exceptionally fine and uniform atomization as well as outstanding surface quality. Mottling and other irregularities are reduced to the absolute minimum.

The MaxLayer nozzle range
The new MaxLayer nozzles (ML) nozzles have been developed specifically for the jet K. Their specialized design allows for higher film builds with fewer coats, helping improve efficiency without compromising finish quality.
When working with higher-viscosity functional coatings, achieving the right film thickness and surface texture is critical. MaxLayer nozzles are built to handle these demands—delivering consistent results while making application easier and more efficient.
Paired with the right material supply system, proper nozzle size, and correct gun setup, the jet K with MaxLayer technology is an ideal solution for large surface applications—providing the film build and finish quality you need.

Parts and Accessories:

	Integrated Air Micrometer With Swivel Used for adjusting the air pressure at the gun when needed, in conjunction with adjusting the fluid rate during the painting process
	Trigger Kit Med-Large In addition to the standard trigger, every jet K includes a second trigger option. The Med-Large (M-L) trigger is designed for users with larger hands, providing extra space between the trigger and material tube for improved comfort and control. The trigger can be easily swapped to suit individual preference and fit, and is secured with a single screw for quick, simple changes.
	SATA Hose Set Various hose sets are available for the jet K, consisting of a material hose and an air hose. Available in hose lengths from 10 - 50 ft
	SATA vario top spray This high-performance double-diaphragm pump has been designed to deliver large volumes of material continuously and reliably. The SATA vario top spray has a modular design and is available in various versions. It thus covers a wide range of applications – in commercial vehicle and industrial painting, in plant and mechanical engineering, and in wood and furniture finishing. It is the perfect supply system for the jet K.
